After deciding that a career in golf was something he wanted to pursue, he enrolled at Campbell University and graduated with a degree in Professional Golf Management. It was here that his love for teaching was developed. Darren served his final two years under David Orr (2011 Carolina’s PGA Teacher of the Year). While serving under David he was exposed to the teaching philosophies of The Golfing Machine as well as M.O.R.A.D. Investigation.
